At Redstone, we prioritize understanding your unique vision, values, and budget to tailor a custom plan that aligns perfectly with your needs. Whether collaborating with our in-house designers or reviewing your own plans, you'll have direct involvement in the process. Additionally, our licensed interior designer will guide you through every selection for your home during personalized meetings.
1. Plan Design
One of our first meetings with you at Redstone will be at the property. We want to see your vision and consult on the land prep and infrastructure. Constructing your lot involves numerous aspects of a custom project that require careful evaluation to ensure accurate home placement and identify opportunities for cost savings, including dirt work, power supply, water wells, septic systems, roads, ponds, and more.
2. Land Prep
As a fixed-price builder, we share our customers' aversion to surprises, which is why we maintain transparent communication regarding costs at every stage of the onboarding process, regardless of the amount. We prioritize thorough planning to ensure every aspect, from selections to pricing, is addressed upfront, providing you with a seamless building experience without stressful impromptu decisions.
3. Design & Budget
Once the foundation is laid, our standard construction timeline is approximately one year. While unforeseen factors may arise during the building process, our approach, including detailed design and upfront pricing, ensures that customers can anticipate moving into their dream homes within approximately a year of our original collaboration. We prioritize consistent updates and on-site meetings throughout the construction process.
